Great location for starting the Camino to Fisterra or Muxia, with historical buildings nearby. Comfortable rooms, with private rooms and dormitories available.- Polite and accommodating owner and staff.- Possibility of a meal even for late arrivals.- They can arrange dinner next door, which has been excellent.- Convenient amenities such as a washer and dryer.
Some cleanliness issues, such as uncleaned upper bunk bed mattresses and stained towels. Shower holder and light in the shower not functioning properly.

I had a wonderful stay at this albergue. the private room was clean, cozy, and had great heating that I could control from the room. This was a huge plus on a cold night on the Camino. the location was also very convenient, allowing me to make an early morning start the next day. the albergue next door, which was conveniently arranged through San Mamede, served a friendly and well-priced dinner. the host, Manuel, provided a kind and welcoming atmosphere. Despite being too tired to speak, he made me feel at ease and we had a lovely conversation. It's a genuine place with heart and kindness for pilgrims, and the evening meal was beautiful. Cons: Nothing, all great! 😊.

the dorm for pilgrims had individual curtains, lights, and sockets near each bed, along with hot water. the Albergue has recently refurbished a lovely house next door, where I stayed in a private room with a bathroom. the room was beautifully decorated, fresh, and clean, offering a lovely view. the Pelegrino dinner was delicious and abundant, and the breakfast was served early, at 7 am, perfect for starting the day's journey. There was a convenient set-up behind the building for hand washing and drying clothes. Cons: Absolutely nothing to dislike about the experience.
